Not only eating breakfast in the mornings without fail is important but also selecting the right type of  foods for breakfast is important!!
Truth is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Hence, we must all eat the required amounts of nutrients for the breakfast to feel full before we eat the neat meal of the day. It must be taken into account that many people eat breakfast without many nutrients and they would feel hungry or even nauseous etc after some time in the day. Eating an unhealthy breakfast can be worse for a person when compared to not eating the breakfast at all. A healthy breakfast must have proteins, fibres and healthy fats etc.
Never eat these foods for breakfast as they could harm you.
Cereals:
Not many of us would know that cereals are highly processed foods and have small amounts of whole grains. In addition, cereals have sugar content and eating cereals for breakfast would lead to obesity, diabetes, heart diseases etc.
Flavoured yoghurt:
There are sugars and sweeteners etc present in the flavoured yoghurt and continuous intake of this food could lead to health issues like diabetes etc.
White bread:
It is shocking to note that white breads do not have any nutritional value and intake of white bread along with jams or sauce etc could lead to digestive issues in us. It is better to eat multigrain bread with low fat butter or cheese for breakfast.
Pancakes:
Many of us eat pancakes but these foods are not healthy. Being high in refined flour, intake of pancakes for breakfast could result in obesity and chronic diseases etc.
Packaged fruit juices:
It is true that we could get issues like obesity, diabetes and other chronic diseases by consuming packaged fruit juices for breakfast. The reason for that is due to the presence of high amounts of sugars as sweeteners in these juices.
Granola bars:
They are full of sugars with just 1 to 3 gms of fibres and intake of granola bars for breakfast would result in high levels of blood sugars plus inflammation etc in the body.
Doughnuts:
One of the worst choices of foods for breakfafast is doughnuts.  It is worthy to note that one doughnut has more than 30 gms of refined sugars plus 400 to 500 calories in them. By eating doughnuts for breakfast, the blood sugar levels would increase.
