Have you ever consumed jaggery tea?

Unrefined sugar that is made from sugarcane juice is jaggery. In many south Asian cuisines, jaggery is often used as a sweetener or as flavour enhancer is known.

Preparation of jaggery tea:

Jaggery is dissolved in hot water or hot milk.
