Travelling and motion sickness are closely related, aren`t they?
One common issue that many of us get during our travels is motion sickness. As a result, our travel would become less enjoyable. It must be taken into note that when the movement we see is different from what the inner ear would sense then the person is said to have motion sickness. .There are few symptoms of motion sickness like vomiting, feeling dizzy, and nausea etc. There are possibilities of getting this issue when we travel in a car or a train or in a flight etc. Sometimes, an amusement park ride could also result in motion sickness in us.
To ward off motion sickness issues while travelling, we must carry these Ayurvedic or natural medicines along with us without fail.
Ginger chews or candies etc:
Ginger is known for its anti-nausea qualities and therefore it is good to carry ginger while travelling. They are easy to carry plus keep motion sickness at bay. It is believed that the ginger would promote digestion plus calm down an upset stomach well.
Cardamom seeds:
Apart from providing numerous benefits, cardamom seeds would also help us to overcome motion sickness problems while travelling. It is known that cardamom seeds are spices that are used in the Ayurvedic recipes etc. Chewing these seeds would ease motion sickness issues effectively.

It is known that intake of triphala tablets would help in digestion plus well being etc. It could also avoid motion sickness issues.
Aromatherapy inhaler:
We can prepare aromatherapy inhalers by adding a few drops of oils like peppermint, ginger etc. it is possible to get relief from issues like nausea and vomiting etc by using an inhaler to breathe in the scents.
