Foods that must not be combined with lemon tea are

Avoid lemon tea with dairy products:
Dairy products must be avoided with lemon tea at any cost. The reason is that the acidity of lemon would cause milk proteins to curdle when combined with tea. As a result, there would be an unpleasant texture where milk would separate and form lumps. In the same way, other dairy products like yoghurt and cheese etc must not be consumed in combination with lemon tea.

Avoid lemon tea with high sugar foods:

Combining lemon tea with high sugar foods would lead to more sweetness and it would be unappealing. It must be noted that the natural tartness of lemon tea would get overpowered with high sugar foods like cakes, pastries etc. So, please try to avoid drinking lemon tea with these kinds of foods.

Avoid lemon tea with fried foods:

We could get digestive issues by combining lemon tea and fried foods etc. Our stomach lining might get irritated by the acidic nature of lemon tea and this would happen more when combined with greasy or fried foods etc. Point is that the heaviness of fried foods would not complement the lightness of the lemon tea.

Avoid lemon tea with tomato dishes:

We could get stomach issues when we drink lemon tea with tomato dishes. This can be due to the more acidic nature in the stomach due to the combination of acidic lemon tea and acidic tomato dishes.

Avoid lemon tea with caffeinated beverages:

We must try to avoid drinking lemon tea with caffeinated drinks like coffee or energy drinks etc.  This could lead to caffeine overload in us. Excess intake of caffeine could lead to dehydration, jitteriness etc. There are also possibilities of increased heart rate, anxiety plus stomach based issues like acid reflux, nausea etc.

Avoid lemon tea with red meat:

Red m meat is rich in protein and fat and combining it with lemon tea would make it more acidic. As a result, we could get digestive discomfort etc. We could get a less than ideal eating experience when we combine red meat and lemon tea.

Avoid lemon tea with sweet and spicy foods:

There could be flavour overload by combining lemon tea with sweet spicy foods like those drizzled with sweet chilli sauce etc. We could get a bad eating experience when we combine the acidity of lemon tea with spice from the dish. It must be noted that the sugar in sweet spicy sauces would conflict with the tartness of the lemon tea and this could make the combination more intense.
